Each pie is handmade then frozen to create the freshest product possible, without having to add any preservatives or unnatural ingredients.
Each product is prepared from fresh or flash-frozen fruit. No food colouring, water, preservatives or other additives are used. The uncooked filling contains only fruit, sugar, flour and/or cornstarch, spice, sea salt, and sometimes reconstituted lemon juice. While the hand-rolled pastry contains the finest ingredients, including unbleached pastry flour so our consumer is guaranteed a totally fresh pie/dessert.
